I definitely want this, I practice without an amp almost all the time because I don't care about "playing", I just practice technique, but sometimes I need that high gain to clean up, mute properly, but I'm so lazy to always pick the amp, plug this in, back in the cupboard, out the cupboard, multiple times a day, so I just pick the electric guitar and practice, no amp, but this definitely makes it better!

Now they need to colab with IK Multimedia and put a ToneX into this thing!

After years of doing software work... I never thought of building an app for a guitar that could plug into my computer... damnit I could have had an excuse to play guitar while working! 🤣 Certainly a cool guitar and seems like a great option for beginners.

I do love the tech, but not a fan of the look. Having a built in speaker is great for home vs small gigging. However, I’m more a fan of the tiny headphone/effects amp. The new boss katana or older mighty plug 3 are my go to. I wish neural dsp made one. To me that’s the perfect setup since I love the look and feel of a finely made dedicated guitar, but want the portability too. I pair with the Marshall Stockwell II which has an aux input as my speaker. It won’t doom, but is very convenient!

Ironically, the guitar is the least important part of getting a good sound, so long as you buy from a reputable brand. I personally go with Ibanez's Gio line of guitars.
